dod_overlord2_b1 by Martee is a remake of dod_overlord

______
Here is the description from Martee

Sturmbot [and Marinebot] waypoints and overview included. Remake of dod_overlord.

I’ve always missed dod_overlord since it was removed in v1 and the original was unable to run without a plugin, so I finally took it upon myself to remake the map.

It’s not an exact replica but captures the main features.
______

This download includes Sturmbot waypoints in dod\sturmbot\waypoints

****NOTE****: This also includes Marinebot waypoints in a separate folder.

Marine Bot page: http://marinebot.xf.cz/files.html
See this section for the bot... "Marine Bot ports for different Half-Life 1 mods"

To install:
1. Copy the contents of the download "dod" folder
2. Paste those contents in your "Half-Life\dod" folder.

Finished, go and play.

****For the new player who has not done that before.****

In case you don't know... to find your dod folder...

1. Go to your Steam Library, right click on the Day of Defeat icon.
2. Select "Manage >"
3. Then click on "Browse local files" The "Half-Life" folder opens
4. Open the "dod" folder
(address is "...steamapps\common\Half-Life\dod"

5. Place the contents of the download in your local "dod" folder

Alternatively...
...if you want custom map files separated, place them in the "...\steamapps\common\Half-Life\dod_downloads"
"dod_downloads" folder is where a server would place custom content.

Certain files if placed in dod_downloads will act the same as if they were in the "dod" folder.
Mostly that is for Maps, special models, sounds, sprites found in maps and server mods.

The same can be said for another folder "dod_addon" if you have custom GUI and HUD's or a config that you would use to customize your dod install, that folder can be used for items like that.

Just remember
