This looks to be a first release, it doesn't even have a folder called waypoints, they are in "maps".
Likely buggy as hell and possibly only works on Day of Defeat 1.0 Beta.
Date of .dll is 31 July 2001
2 maps only... dod_caen and dod_cherbourg.
The liblist.str file says its for... "ALPHA 1.0" // version of mod
Boy this is basic.
Maybe Version 0.8 is better.
