From the readme... "Sturmbot 1.6 is a "bot" plugin for the Half-Life mod, Day of Defeat version 1.0 or greater (called DOD from now on)." Use this for the latest steam dod version 1.3 SteamPipe.
This download was the only Source code I know of. I think it came from the Bot United forums a long time ago.
