The files are a commandmenu.txt and a config file that contains binds and a handy image to print out where to binds are.

When looking the the official waypointing guide for Marine Bot, Frank McNeil uses some binds and a special commandmenu when in the guide.

Now that waypointing guide is for for the HL1 mod Firearms. The guide is OK for dod as well as far as basic info' but the dod download of this bot does not contain the command menu file.

I have reworked that before waypointing (I am still a novice) and tried to make these as close as possible to what Frank is using in his guide.

Included files will help you bind the Keypad area the same as Frank has and also give you a commandmenu.txt file that mimics what Frank uses in the video, some items are moved around to make them work on a dod screen but it is close to what he uses.

The image for the binds is also in the download as that can be printed out or displayed on a second display to give you a hint what key does what command.

There is also a Paint.Net file should you want to adjust your binds and make a new image.

Same for the commandmenu.txt file, adjust that to suit yourself and follow this basic guide on that file type.
